Marissa Molina Announces New Children's Book Pumpkin Pact
I’m excited to share that my next original children’s book, Pumpkin Pact, is coming next month.
As a children’s author, one of my favorite parts of creating stories is building worlds that children can step into and characters they can grow alongside. Pumpkin Pact gave me the opportunity to create an entirely new world: Hallowveil.
Creating Pumpkin Pact
Written for children ages 6–11, Pumpkin Pact is a magical Halloween adventure centered around five unlikely friends.
While the story is filled with Halloween magic, unusual creatures, and adventure, its heart is friendship.
The story explores the idea that the people who truly accept us can bring out the truest version of who we are.
Illustrator Jasper Salazar has helped bring Hallowveil and its characters to life while maintaining the imaginative, magical feeling I wanted the story to have.
Building Original Stories Through Imagination Reality
Pumpkin Pact is another original story created through Imagination Reality, where I’m continuing to develop children’s books, characters, and magical worlds designed to nurture children as they hope, imagine, and become.
I can’t wait to introduce readers to Hallowveil.
